We’re seeking an experienced people leader with a strong technical background to join our client’s Service Division as a Regional Operations Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who has progressed from a hands‑on engineering or technical role into managing and developing field‑based teams, ideally within hospitality, building services, or fixtures/fittings environments.
The Role
Covering South London & the South East, you’ll lead a team of Installation & Service Technicians, driving service performance, team development, and operational standards across your region. This is a field‑based role involving regular site visits and hands‑on leadership.
