Operations Manager – Programmatic

London | Hybrid | £50,000 – £55,000 DOE

I’m working with a fast-growing AdTech business that is looking to hire an Operations Manager into its campaign delivery team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who is genuinely hands-on across programmatic trading, AdOps and paid social, but wants more ownership than a pure activation role.

The business is scaling, winning larger campaigns, and needs someone who can help improve how the team operates, not just execute campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning campaign setup, trafficking, optimisation and delivery across programmatic platforms
• Working across DSPs such as DV360, Amazon, Yahoo and/or Beeswax
• Supporting paid social activation across platforms such as Meta and TikTok
• Managing tagging, tracking, pixels, QA and troubleshooting
