Overview

The Manager of Properties will assist the Director of Properties in overseeing all of YWCA Regina's buildings and the maintenance team. Reporting to the Director of Properties, this individual will oversee building systems operation and management, the annual and monthly workplan, and assist in management of the properties team members work. This role will be responsible for the control and tracking of the associations assets. The ideal candidate will have strong mentoring, management and operations skills. We are ideally targeting someone with analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with building maintenance systems.

• Assisting in the direction of property operations and maintenance staff to achieve the highest possible level of service.
