Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare and administer annual budgets and monthly updates
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and promote best practices
- Ensure that the overall people/staffing plan for the operation/branch reflects high performance, bench and succession planning, consistent mentoring, and employee development
- Work with Inventory Planning and Purchasing to ensure that parts inventory levels meet customer demand and service levels meet customer expectations
- Manage branch personnel performance, safety, training and customer service
- Work with customers, suppliers, and coβworkers to fulfill orders and inquiries within parts and cost expectations
- Meet with Managers and Supervisors to design and implement effective and efficient work plans

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Business and/or Management or relative experience
