Job Summary – Operations Manager, Sort Center (AMXL Middle Mile)

AMXL Middle Mile is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations at an AMXL Sort Center in Japan. The role focuses on ensuring smooth inbound, sorting, and outbound operations while meeting key operational metrics such as safety, quality, throughput, and on-time departures.

The Operations Manager will oversee 3PL operations, manage vendor performance, and maintain strong account management with partner operators to ensure operational standards are met. The role requires close collaboration with Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, carrier partners, and internal teams to ensure shipments flow through the network efficiently.
