• Lead a team working on reinstatement projects for commercial and domestic properties affected by insured perils, with project values ranging from £50,000 to £5 million.
• Mentor and develop team members to ensure delivery of high‑quality technical reports and excellent client service.
• Promote Sedgwick’s commitment to making claims easy for everyone and ensure team consistently meets performance targets.
• Oversee financial aspects of projects, set and achieve team targets, and understand how to influence outcomes.
