This role has an initial appointment of 2 years and is hybrid with a mix of remote and in‑person work at North Campus Edmonton.

Reporting to the Institute Director, the Manager, Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the Diane and Irving Kipnes Health Research Institute, built in 2025 to advance a learning health system through AI and research.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development of a strategy for the institute to meet its vision in collaboration with institute leadership; creates functional plans with short‑term and long‑term strategic objectives.
