## Position Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day operations of transfer stations within the defined market area to ensure compliance with all company, federal, and state regulations. The incumbent will travel to locations daily to provide support and perform quality control checks to ensure safety and efficiency in daily procedures. The individual is expected to be prepared and willing to assist in daily operations as needed.
**Hiring Range: $85,000-$90,000/ annually**
## Key Responsibilities
+ Creates schedules for designated transfer station locations to ensure proper staffing and coverage.
+ Provides training to employees of transfer station and scale house operations to ensure efficiency in everyday procedures and accuracy in daily uploads.
+ Maintains a manual containing frequently used shortcuts and charge codes, recognizes errors and evaluates the reason for errors in an effort to establish proficient use of the software used....
