Our client, are a national construction contractor, are currently looking for a Operations Manager to lead their direct labour team on  day to day responsive repair contracts.

The Role;

Within this role, you will work along side a Commercial Manager and the Operations Director ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met. You would be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting. You will report directly in to the MD.

Your direct team will include Contract managers, project managers, supervisors, a direct labour team & office staff. You will report directly in to the Operations director who will support you in making the service are a success.
