About the role

smartNsales is building the leading B2B platform connecting FMCG brands with markets. We're a fast-moving team and we need someone to own the operational backbone of the company. This is a broad, hands‑on role spanning marketplace operations, finance, HR, IT, and general admin across multiple entities.

What you’ll own

Marketplace Operations

• Process retailer payouts (Stripe settlements)
• Support onboarding of new marketplace locations
• First‑line support for field issues
• Monitor platform activity and flag anomalies

Finance & Accounting

• Manage creditors and debtors
• Responsible for bank payments
• Process intercompany invoices across entities
• Support month‑end close and fiduciary handover
• Contact person at our external accounting firm
