Job Description As an Operations Lead the candidate must be a reliable, self-motivated, high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to function effectively as part of a growing team. Must have a good memory and solid organizational & prioritization skills in order to accomplish and exceed business goals. Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment. You will also work with your team to ensure the safe and secure pickup and delivery of cash, coin, precious metals and other valuables. This position will report to the Branch Manager.
