Job Description
Your Role at Sephora
As Team Lead, Operations, you will support all Operations related aspects of a specific Sephora store location. This includes direct management of all members of the Operations team and regular support in areas such as staffing, overnight stock team, operations leadership team and overall execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence β Lead store operations and ensure execution of all operations processes per company standard.
- Inventory Management β Manage store inventory including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, cycle counting and adherence to company guidelines.
- Visual Merchandising β Maintain merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals to company standard and manage cleaning crews with feedback and escalation as necessary.
