Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data to identify key trends and indicators on top of which future labor management practices will be based.
• Complete labor studies at Parques Reunidos parks which include data gathering, time‑in‑motion studies, process observations, and providing recommendations to varying levels of park personnel.
• Prepare action plans for gaining labor efficiency and institute follow‑up procedures to ensure execution through Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC processes.
• Assist the Corporate Director with overseeing and managing the overall project.
• Prepare project status update presentations on regular cadence for Corporate Director and Senior Leadership.
