In this training role lasting 9 to 15 months, you will learn to assist an Operations Manager in their day-to-day responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in operational procedures for shipments and inventory accuracy
• Analyze workload versus labor hours and equipment
• Prepare and learn facility P&L and annual budget
• Manage employee relations and talent development

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business
