Job Description
Step into an impactful role as an Operations-Focused Assistant General Manager at NFI. This position allows you to develop leadership skills while supporting facility operations at a Tier One Customer site.
In this training role lasting 9 to 15 months, you will learn to assist an Operations Manager in their day-to-day responsibilities. Key skills include operational procedure development, financial analysis, and employee coaching. Your impact will shape the overall strategy for the facility while preparing you for a future General Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in operational procedures for shipments and inventory accuracy
• Analyze workload versus labor hours and equipment
• Prepare and learn facility P&L and annual budget
• Manage employee relations and talent development
• Implement safety schedules to meet compliance standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse management
