This role is dedicated to
end-to-end on-site operation management
for our cleaning service projects. Once projects are confirmed, you will take full charge of service quality, manpower, cost control and compliance to ensure stable and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities
On-site Operation Management Take over overall on-site management for confirmed cleaning projects.
Arrange manpower and scheduling, supervise daily cleaning service standards.
Cost & Inventory Control Manage cleaning materials and supplies, control operational costs effectively.
Ensure neat site performance and consistent service quality.
Compliance & Reporting Ensure all cleaning projects comply with WSH, NEA and local regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper records, reports and documentation for audits and reviews.
Team & Workflow Optimization Lead and supervise cleaning staff to meet service standards.
Optimize operation workflows and processes as the company scales up.
