Job Description: Assist in back-office operations including but not limited to: Perform trade position and PL reconciliation
Update PO and IPO
Prepare NAV report
Generate estimated NAV
Perform checks on stock borrow, large shareholding, short position
Prepare FX hedge rollover or adjustment
Assist in administrative matters including but not limited to: Expenses claims preparation
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Director
Any other administrative matters
Job Requirements: Diploma and above
Minimum 1 year of working experience
Prefer experience in back-office operations at fund management company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) application
