Main Responsibilities: Prepare and process shipping documentation including Import/Export, LC, Bill of Lading, and FTA documents. Coordinate shipments with forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines to ensure smooth delivery. Provide customer support on shipment enquiries, shipping options, timelines, and regulations. Arrange freight bookings and shipment scheduling according to company requirements. Handle customer enquiries or complaints and ensure timely resolution.
