• Position: Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding/ Import/Export)
• Location: Cantonment Road (Nearest MRT- Outram Park)
• Working hours: 5 days work week, Monday - Friday: 8:30 – 5:30
• Salary: Up to $3700 + Performance Bonus (more than 1 month based on previous years)

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documentation including Import/Export, LC, Bill of Lading, and FTA documents.
• Coordinate shipments with forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide customer support on shipment enquiries, shipping options, timelines, and regulations.
• Arrange freight bookings and shipment scheduling according to company requirements.
