What will you be doing?

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team in Liverpool. You will work closely with all of the Online Investment Services team members, as well as interaction with all other operational areas across the entire business and stakeholder departments, to deliver a high quality end- client service for the Bestinvest Direct project.

There is a necessity to deliver high performing, quality services that ensures consumer outcomes are core to delivery against key performance indicators, business goals and objectives. Working collaboratively with peers to drive consistency and cultural alignment with the brand.

We're looking for someone who is commercially aware & strategic in operational approach with great planning, organisational and communication skills, and an excellent communicator who can adapt to deliver first-class service to our clients.
