Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare accurate background verification reports as per client and company standards
Review data received from internal teams and vendors for completeness and clarity
Highlight discrepancies and observations in a clear, professional manner
Ensure reports meet quality, compliance, and turnaround time requirements
Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of records
Coordinate with operations and quality teams to resolve report gaps
Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of BGV terms
Typing speed: 30 WPM or above
Written communication required (verbal not mandatory)
Basic Excel & Word required
