**Overview**

We are seeking a knowledgeable  **Operations** **Envi** **ronment** **al Specialist**  to provide expert guidance on the environmental impacts of aircraft operations within the  **National Airspace System (NAS)** . This position supports FAA initiatives by performing and reviewing environmental assessments, evaluations, and analyses to ensure operational compliance with environmental standards, safety regulations, and airspace efficiency requirements.

The ideal candidate combines aviation operational expertise with a strong understanding of environmental policies, regulatory requirements, and analytical methods to assess and mitigate the effects of aircraft operations on the surrounding environment.
