Insight Global is seeking an Operations Enablement Lead to support an enterprise retail client on a 12-month hybrid contract based in Mississauga, Milton, or Brampton. This role sits within the Production Control / Data & Analytics team and focuses on enabling operational efficiency across distribution centers (DCs) by translating business needs into scalable solutions and driving adoption across site operations. The Operations Enablement Lead will serve as the bridge between operations, analytics, and technology teams. Responsibilities include translating business needs into clear requirements (BRDs, user stories, process flows), mapping current- and future-state workflows, and partnering with analytics and engineering teams on solution design. The role also leads end-to-end UAT cycles, ensures deployment readiness, and drives rollout and adoption through training, SOPs, and communications.
