Due to the continuing expansion of our Rail Business, Spencer Rail Engineering have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Director based from our head office in Hull.

As part of the senior management team, you will support the MD in leading project portfolios to deliver operational and commercial success by driving continuous improvement and development. Creating a team and culture fit for our future vision.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of the Rail Business Strategy
