We are seeking an exceptional and inspirational leader to join Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as Operations Director for the Medicine Division.

This is a pivotal senior role, offering the opportunity to shape the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred services across medical specialties, outpatients, diagnostics and elective pathways. Working as part of the triumvirate alongside the Divisional Medical Director and Divisional Chief Nurse, you will provide visible, values-led leadership across one of our largest and most complex divisions.
