**Job Summary**

The Director of Operations is an executive leadership role responsible for the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of daily operations at the manufacturing site. This position oversees Production, Manufacturing Engineering (focusing on localization/technology transfer and process sustaining/automation), and Warehouse functions including developing strategic, long-term operational goals, managing budgets, and overseeing staff to ensure production meets customer demand on time, within budget, and at high quality. The Director of Operations sets priorities and collaborates closely with departmental managers, and other executives to implement company directives. This role encompasses financial, logistical, management, and analytical responsibilities to drive overall business success and build a positive work environment in Pudong & Songjiang sites.
