We are looking for a Operations DevOps Engineer II who will:
Supporting code deployment releases and promotions within test and production environments
Perform product installation and configuration with some troubleshooting assistance from others in ARM Operations
Incident management including the investigation, and triage of various software application and database issues, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure fast turnaround times on issue/incident resolution
Monitor Ascendon ARM solutions production, customer test and internal environments for function and performance
