This newly created Operations Coordinator role provides high visibility and direct support to senior leadership across collections, operations, and project activities. You will play a key role in ensuring projects, accounts, and internal workflows run smoothly while helping to strengthen client relationships and support the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities
+ Support collections activities by tracking receivables, monitoring outstanding balances, and assisting with payment follow-up.
+ Communicate with clients to follow up on payments, clarify account status, and help resolve billing-related questions.
