Job Description

Review incoming job orders and verify all necessary documents are provided and in order.

  • Prepare and send the following documents , Instruction to Inspectors which includes the scope of work, target budget for the job/project, type of inspectors to be deployed, duration of inspection, and other pertinent instructions based on the specifics of the job/project.
  • Ensure that the inspection budget and expenses are tracked and controlled.
  • Ensure that the technical and commercial matters related to a project/job are clear, reviewed, and approved by the Industrial Services Head, and understood by the responsible inspector/s.
  • Ensure that concerns during the job/project are clearly communicated to the client with regular follow throughs and monitoring. Any major concerns are elevated to the Industrial Services Head.
  • Coordinate with the client representative for any technical or commercial issues that may be encountered...
