Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Operations Coordinator to support our healthcare operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a customer service or administrative experience in a medical, insurance, or office setting who is comfortable working directly with patients, explaining medical equipment, and coordinating logistics across teams.
No prior experience with medical equipment is required — we provide training.
Location: Onsite (M–F, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate tasks prior to handoff to warehouse and logistics teams

+ Manage routing and dispatch by collaborating with drivers and warehouse staff

+ Schedule equipment deliveries, pickups, and patient appointments

+ Work closely with hospice partners and internal teams to ensure timely service
