Position: Operations Coordinator

Pay Rate: $47k annually

Schedule: Sun/Mon/Tues Every Other Wednesday 6am - 6pm

The Operations Coordinator provides critical support to Forward’s Truckload Brokerage operations by assisting with load management, data entry, carrier communication, and customer interaction. This foundational role is designed to build core competencies in logistics and transportation operations, supporting team members while developing skills necessary for future advancement within the organization.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

+ Assist in managing load boards and scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments

+ Communicate with carriers to confirm load details, pick-up times, and delivery schedules

+ Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the McLeod Transportation Management System (TMS)
