Job Description:
The Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to department leadership and clinical staff within a hospital setting. This non-clinical role serves as the primary point of contact for unit communication, including greeting visitors, managing calls, and coordinating patient flow activities such as transfers and discharges. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, processing payroll and staffing data, running EHR reports, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role supports regulatory compliance by maintaining records, tracking licensure requirements, and adhering to state and federal standards. Additional duties include onboarding staff, coordinating meetings, managing supplies and equipment, and supporting the Director with confidential administrative tasks i...
