Freight Operations Coordinator responsible for assisting & managing the day-to-day operations within the various Freight Forwarding Departments of Quality Freight.

The role is based in our Belfast office.

The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative as well as integrating themselves with other team members, customers & sub-contractors.

This position is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and a natural communicator. You will be part of a dynamic team, supporting customers throughout their shipment journey, solving problems before they arise, and making sure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
