MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

• The Operations Control Officer (OCO) in coordination with the Branch Service Head and APD Loans Officer oversees the Integrated Branch’s day-to-day operations, and acts as the primary custodian of the vault alongside the Branch Service Head.
• This role supervises daily service operations of low counter and after sales transactions in coordination with BSH, oversees customer servicing, new account opening processes, and other special services offered at the New Accounts counter
