Operations Automation & AI Specialist

The Operations Automation & AI Specialist is a new role inside the Network Operations enabling team, reporting directly to the Head of Network Operations. This is not a consultancy position – it is a hands‑on technical role for someone who builds things. You will map how we work today, identify inefficiencies, design smarter processes, and use AI and automation as the primary levers for improvement.
