Your new role

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for

  • Execute and settle trades in Fixed Income and Equity markets, ensuring smooth transaction processing.
  • Perform timely reconciliation of positions and cash balances across internal systems, custodians, and counterparties.
  • Collaborate with front office teams and external partners to investigate and resolve trade discrepancies.
  • Monitor operational risks and support process improvements to strengthen trade settlement efficiency.

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Middle-Back Office functions within Financial Services, with a focus on Fixed Income and Equity.
