Overview

The Basketball Champions Leagues is a professional pan‑European basketball competition managed by FIBA. The Operations Associate will join a team of 12 and report to the Senior Operations Manager, playing a key role in supporting season readiness, event delivery, and club‑facing operational processes across the competition lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities / Competition Cycle

• Support the end‑to‑end season preparation process.
• Guide clubs through the Registration Platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Administer VM‑related documentation, including contracts and other required forms.
• Boost the quality and efficiency of workshops through proactive logistical support.
• Provide organizational and administrative support for TV Operations delivery.
• Refresh and maintain all competition documentation and manuals.
