Operations Associate | Remote (Brazil) | U.S. Market

At Blue Dot BPO , we support U.S.-based companies in building efficient, scalable, and results-driven operations. We are looking for an Operations Associate who is analytical, highly organized, and has a strong sense of ownership to support and optimize critical operational processes in a dynamic, fully remote environment, working directly with the U.S. market.

This is a strategic position for professionals who want to grow in operations, project management, and business analysis while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

What We Offer

• Fixed pay of R$5,000
• Full-time Brazil contract
