Role Summary

As a Monitoring Associate, you will be part of the Network Operations Center (NOC) at Yuma,

ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations of Yuma Batteries in the field. Your role

will include executing operational processes to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will play a key

role in customer support, assisting customers over chat and calls whenever required.
