Operations Assistant (Contract)
Location: Spring, TX
Schedule: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $22-25/hr
Duration: Approximately 2.5 months
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Assistant to join the group on a short-term contract basis. This role will provide operational, administrative, and project support to the department, helping ensure the successful coordination of day-to-day activities and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and demonstrate the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and support short- and long-term projects.
+ Collaborate with country coordinators and support overseas project activities as needed.
+ Prepare and submit client invoices accurately and in a timely manner....
