JOB PURPOSE: To monitor daily inbound and outbound operations progress, expedite urgent order processing, and resolve recurring operational issues to ensure seamless workflow and timely order fulfilment. To maintain accurate operational tracking and reporting to support management decision-making and continuous process improvement.
