I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs and coordinates administrative and logistical functions to support the operations of the department. Handles flow of information; provides clerical and other related functions essential to facilitating the care of patient. Provides technical expertise and work leadership to staff.

IV. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Essential: sitting, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking, lifting, and carrying items up to usual weight of 15 pounds.
• Continuous: Depending upon area of assignment, standing; sitting, walking, stooping/bending; reaching above, at and below shoulders; repetitive arm/hand motion and frequent gripping of objects.
• Operates computer, telephone, addressograph machine, pneumatic tube system and various office equipment.
