Facilities Assistant
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Building Services at UCLA Anderson School of Management, the individual in this role works collaboratively in a close team to support the school's academic mission by ensuring the operational integrity and safety of the facility's spaces. The daily critical responsibilities are primarily active, including completing building checks, setting up equipment and furniture for academic events, reporting items for proactive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, mail and package logging and delivery, managing the equipment inventory, interfacing with vendors and campus Facilities, and supporting departmental operations. It requires ensuring customer experience, safety, and policy compliance, along with being a part of the emergency preparedness and response team.
