Job Description

The Job

You will:

  • Oversees the daily operations of the Forge Workshop and ensure all tools and equipment are well maintained and in safe conditions
  • Maintains optimal inventory stock level including supervising daily delivery and issuance of stock
  • Calculate costs and assist in preparation of annual budgets
  • Ensure the site operations comply with the latest safety standards and requirements
  • Perform periodic work site inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
  • Assist in preparations of annual budgets and revision of departmental policies and protocols relating to workshop operations and maintenance
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Head Farrier and his delegate

    • About You

    You should have:

  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Appropriate level of training in first-aid would be an advantage
