Watch Solutions is a premier independent service center for luxury timepieces (Patek Philippe,

Rolex, Audemars Piguet). While our Master Watchmaker is on the bench performing

high-precision technical work, we need a Business Operations & Process Lead to build,

manage, and scale the engine room of the business.

We are looking for a Systems Thinker. You aren't just an assistant; you are the operational

partner who ensures our workshop stays organized, our suppliers are managed, and our

workflow is modernized. If you love taking a manual process and making it digital, efficient, and
