Description
We’re looking for an Experienced Operations Analyst for Settlement Operations associated
with Amazon India Payments Business. The successful candidate will be process driven, with
responsibility for delivering top notch customer experience for programs he/she will be part of.
He/she must be an effective communicator and have strong ownership values. He/she will be proficient in working with large datasets using data analysis tools like Excel, SQL and other database tools.
He/she will have the following responsibilities:
.Ensuring every transaction flowing through a high-value escrow account is accurately tracked,
monitored, matched, and reported. The analyst bridges the gap between bank records and
internal financial systems — across all payment types — resolving every discrepancy before
daily close.
