An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo). The selected candidate will join the A350 Wing Lower Cover Production Team. As the primary guardian of product integrity and manufacturing excellence, the jobholder will spearhead quality standards and manage critical customer interfaces. The team is multidisciplinary and operates in a high‑energy environment, balancing urgent floor‑level interventions with long‑term strategic quality planning and digitalisation initiatives to drive the plant toward 'Gold Standard' excellence.
