We’re a manufacturing operation that runs on facts, not hunches. Every day, our teams generate a lot of data—from production lines to scrap, inventories, and demand signals. Right now, we’re looking for someone who can turn all of that into clear, useful insight. This role matters because good decisions don’t come from dashboards alone. They come from understanding what the data is really saying—and knowing how to challenge it when it doesn’t add up.

The Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of operations and strategy. Your job is to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize operational data so leaders can act on it. This isn’t a reporting factory role. It’s about spotting trends, finding root causes, and helping the business improve productivity, quality, and cost. You’ll be close to the operation, involved in reviews, scorecards, and improvement discussions—and yes, your insights will be expected to influence decisions.
