- Monitor and supervise daily logistics operations (shipment, delivery, and related processes)
- Ensure smooth execution of operations in accordance with customer requirements
- Identify operational issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruption
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and vendors regarding operational matters
- Handle inquiries, coordinate requests, and manage expectations effectively
- Maintain good relationships with clients and external partners
- Analyze operational problems and propose improvement plans
- Support implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency
