Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up with relevant departments across OB Singapore, and when required, across the region, to complete assigned tasks and operational initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery, Admin, Finance, Offshore teams, Marketing ect. and other related functions depending on the scope of work.
- Support internal synchronization and reporting within the Operations team and to management.
- Consolidate, track, and analyze data related to Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery, and other operational activities.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and operational updates for internal use and leadership review.
- Proactively follow through on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with good quality.
