Job Description
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and market share, aligning with the Companys priorities and objectives.
- Collaborate with business development, sales and marketing teams to align data insights with tactical execution.
- Partner with local teams to address market-specific challenges (cultural, regulatory, or operational).
- Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the business development team.
- Respond to client inquiries efficiently, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent development strategies with business goals and monitor employee performance evaluations.
- Monitor competitors activities and assist in gathering marketing intelligence.
- Report to the management and team members with client feedback, market intelligence and business trends.
